Trelline provides AI-powered video research, competitor analysis, content ideation, and script generation tools for content creators. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Billing

You retain ownership of content you create using Trelline. By uploading or generating content through our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for providing the service.
7. Intellectual Property
Trelline's name, logo, design, and all generated AI outputs are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary elements without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., YouTube API, OpenAI). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Trelline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trelline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
